dr. Cees de Boer (1955) studeerde Nederlands, Literatuurwetenschap en Filosofie. Hij promoveerde in 1995 op een proefschrift over de collageromans van Max Ernst (Woord & Beeld, Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam). Hij is actief als onderzoeker, publicist en adviseur op het gebied van beeldende kunst. Hij werkt intensief samen met kunstenaars als herman de vries, Ulay (tentoonstelling De Appel, 2000) en Mariëtte Linders. Daarnaast is hij actief als zanger in het vocaal kwartet Prof. Russolo & His Noise Intoners, met speciale projecten waarin electronica, zang en beeldende kunst worden gecombineerd.
dr. Cees de Boer (1955) studied Dutch, Literature and Philosophy. He got his Ph.D. in 1995 with a dissertation about the collage novels of Max Ernst (Word & Image, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam). He works as a researcher, publicist and consultant of visual arts. He cooperates closely with artists like herman de vries, Ulay (exhibition in the Appel, 2000) and Mariëtte Linders. Cees de Boer is also a singer in the vocal quartet Prof. Russolo & His Noise Intoners, making special projects combining electronics, vocals and visual art.
